Oh, we're getting excited.​

In the fall, of 2012, by God's grace and will, we hope to have this option up and running.  NACHU has big dreams from growth.  They are in need of a new facility, a sustainable garden/livestock area, hope to build a school, and so much more.  We would love to have you be a part of this growth through volunteering, fundraising support, and specific financial donations to these projects.

The area where NACHU  is currently living is becoming quite small.  There are so many children who need a family - but NACHU only has so much space.  The more room we can create, the more children we can provide love and shelter to.

A larger NACHU facility would also serve more children in their community as well as vulnerable women through an arts ministry where women will earn an income making skill.

Budget and fundraising details to come.  (Pray?!)

 

Food is incredibly costly in Soroti, Uganda.  We dream of having a large NACHU garden and livestock area where much of the daily needs for food can be met.  This would also provide the opportunity to serve others in the community through fresh produce, eggs, milk, etc.  Yes, pray for this too, please!

 

We have big dreams for a NACHU School.  We dream of a loving place of learning where the children already living with James and Norah can attend along with several orphaned and vulnerable children in the community.  So many families cannot pay the minimal school fees in Uganda, so millions of children do not attend school.  NACHU's school would allow children like these to attend for free (through sponsorship).  Imagine, children who might never have had the chance to learn to read and write - now attending a Christ-centered school with love, education, and also, a hot meal!  We're praying BIG TIME for this one...  these dreams are far too big for just us.

 

We are so excited to see where God is taking NACHU in the next year... the possibilities are endless, but we're going to need help.
