About Us
Nurture a Child Uganda is a place of refuge and love for vulnerable and orphaned children in Soroti, Uganda. It was founded in 2009 by James and Norah Eparu, a Ugandan couple with big hearts and a calling from God.
We are a completely non-profit group of people with a love for children and passion for awareness and change. We are made up of a team of committed ministry leaders and volunteers, both in Uganda and Canada.
What makes this ministry so unique and so special is that it is run by a Ugandan couple in their homeland. In Canada, we are coming alongside our Ugandan leaders (James and Norah Eparu) to help them achieve the dreams God has placed on their heart.
